New Jersey Trainer Pleads Guilty to Selling More than 100 Fraudulent Cards

OSHA requires strict adherence to training standards in order to provide an OSHA 10-Hour Construction Safety Card. These standards include required class time and in-person training. Safety trainers who issue these cards are also required to update their training authorization every four years. Failure to do so is punishable by law and carries a maximum penalty of $250,000 and up to five years in prison.
