    State-Specific COVID-19 Information

    Colorado

The Old Republic companies want all their individual or business property and casualty policyholders in Colorado to have payment flexibility to maintain coverage during the disruption caused by the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak. Until further notice, upon request by Colorado policyholders, Old Republic companies will extend premium grace periods for 60 days, suspend any cancellation stemming from non-payment of premium, and defer non-renewals. No late payment fees will be charged. In situations where policies would expire absent these accommodations, Old Republic companies will provide a continuation of coverage.

To minimize interpersonal contact and ensure prompt receipt of your premium, we encourage you to utilize available electronic payment options. While we want to work with policyholders to provide some relief with respect to payment timing and coverage availability, Old Republic companies are not waiving the premium owed for the risks insured.

Should you need an accommodation, contact your broker/agent or Old Republic directly at Covid-19@oldrepublic.com or 800-621-0365, Option # 3.

    Oklahoma

The Old Republic companies want all their property and casualty policyholders in Oklahoma to have payment flexibility to maintain coverage during the disruption caused by the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak. Until the state emergency is no longer in effect, upon request by Oklahoma policyholders, Old Republic companies will extend premium grace periods for 45 days.

If your insurance policy has been financed through a premium finance company, and you, as an affected policyholder utilizing the extended 45-day grace period, do not subsequently make the installment payment, your policy may be cancelled back to the original premium due date.

To minimize interpersonal contact and ensure prompt receipt of your premium, we encourage you to utilize available electronic payment options. While we want to work with our policyholders as set forth above, please note the Old Republic companies are not waiving the premium owed for the risks insured.

Should you have any questions about this grace period, contact your broker/agent or the Old Republic companies directly at COVID-19@oldrepublic.com or 1-800-621-0365, Option # 3.
